We ask the person to whom the complaint relates to call you. If the complaint concerns one of our employees, you will be called by the manager of the General Practitioner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the complaint concerns a general practitioner, you will be called by the general practitioner in question. The general practitioner or manager will call you within 7 working days after receiving your complaint, with the aim of resolving the complaint together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to learn from each complaint and therefore prevent recurrence, we register every complaint. Of course, we will handle your privacy with the utmost care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
