If the complaint concerns one of our employees, you will be called by the manager of the General Practitioner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the complaint concerns a general practitioner, you will be called by the general practitioner in question.&nbsp;The general practitioner or manager will call you within 7 working days after receiving your complaint, with the aim of resolving the complaint together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to learn from each complaint and therefore prevent recurrence, we register every complaint.
