Do you have a complaint?

If you feel that you have not been treated properly by a GP or an employee at the GP emergency station, you can file a complaint. Please note: this form applies to the GP emergency centres in Goes, Middelburg and Zierikzee! Do you have a complaint about the GP emergency post in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen? The sequel:

We ask the person to whom the complaint relates to call you. If the complaint concerns one of our employees, you will be called by the manager of the GP emergency station.

If the complaint concerns a general practitioner, you will be called by the general practitioner in question. The general practitioner or manager will call you within 7 working days of receiving your complaint, with the aim of resolving the complaint together.

In order to be able to learn from each complaint and thereby prevent recurrence, we register every complaint. Of course, we handle your privacy with the utmost care.
